Our reading program incorporates many different components. Students will be participating in Flooding, Guided Reading Groups, Whole Group Instruction, Independent Reading, and Literature Circles. Third grade focuses primarily on reading comprehension strategies. Students will learn how to: make connections; visualize; summarize/synthesize; question; infer; and determine importance.
